 ENERGY HEALING – ANCIENT MEDICINE FROM THE PAST
The body has an electromagnetic (energy) bio-field) surrounding it called the aura or energy field. There are seven energy centers in the body called chakras. Each chakra represents a different aspect of our lives ranging from surviving and living on the planet to relationships, personal power, creative energy, expression, intuition. It is in the field and the chakras that our thoughts, feelings and experiences are recorded. The chakras spin and energy flows through them. At times, this energy can become stuck or the chakra can pick up energy from an outside source. If left un-cleared or un-addressed, it can over time, affect a person in the physical, mental and/or emotional bodies. Energy healing can help to heal old injuries, both emotional and physical, release old patterns, physical pain, live in the present with clarity, and create a satisfying life.

 We will discuss your goal for the session, be it emotional, mental, physical or spiritual, and I will hold the space and container for your healing as we move into our work together. The session involves clearing the auric field around your body, releasing old or stuck congested energy that may come from old patterns, thought forms or other aspects which you are ready to release. We will move into repairing, balancing, and stabilizing the chakras where your body is infused with renewed energy. The potential outcome is an overall sense of wholeness and empowerment!

AROMATHERAPY – ANCIENT MEDICINE FROM NATURE
Aromatherapy is an ancient form of plant medicine and natural healing that was used by most ancient civilizations dating back 6,000 years. Ancient records indicate that physicians and priests used essential oils for healing and rituals for thousands of years before the birth of Christ.
 An essential oil is the pure, highly concentrated extract of the plant, tree or flower. They are 100 times more powerful than dried herbs. It takes many pounds of a particular tree bark, leaf, flower or root to produce a small amount of essential oil. The medicinal-grade oils from Wisdom of the Earth come from dedicated farmers all over the world. The essences are organic, wild-harvested, wild-crafted, or cultivated without chemicals. Many are bio-dynamically harvested in accordance with the natural rhythms of the Earth. The high-vibration oils are hand-poured with love, one bottle at a time.
Our nostrils are attached to a part of the brain called the limbic system. This system controls emotions and influences the nervous system and hormones. When you inhale essential oil molecules, messages are transmitted to the limbic system and affect heart rate, stress levels, blood pressure, breathing, memory, digestion, and the immune system. The oils are also absorbed through the skin. Each essence has different healing properties and signatures. Some essences may be calming, some energizing, others uplifting, or cleansing. MEDICINAL AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
 A massage session is woven together with a full-body, therapeutic massage, incorporating Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, or other modalities. Three medicinal-grade essential oils will be used during the massage, based on ones needs. These powerful essences are directly absorbed through the skin to affect great change and healing. The oils, in conjunction with massage offer healing on deeper layers than just the physical. Within the tissues, where cellular memory of old patterns and emotional trauma is held, the body’s innate intelligence can release what no longer serves you. More space is created within you, which enables you to choose living a healthy and joyful life. |
